Who we are:
Allan Henderson Building Surveyor Ltd is a RICS Regulated Firm. Allan is a RICS registered Building Surveyor; a passionate property professional with over 25 years gained with a number of independent Residential Estate Agencies which inspired Allan to qualify as a surveyor with the AssocRICS designation which he achieved in May of 2021.
What we do:

We provide concise reporting to our clients which are easy to understand for which we use the latest and (in our opinion) best industry specific app-based on-site data collection software Scafol.io ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting.
Customer service is of the utmost importance to Allan. Clients are invited to discuss any specific concerns that they may have prior to the inspection and should expect to receive a courtesy call following the inspection with an overview of our findings. Clients are further invited to follow up with any questions they may have arising from the survey.
Our reports are delivered within three business days following our inspection however this can be the next business day if required and by negotiation.
